gad's Lougang City CBD of Taihu Lake CBD for Taihu presents itself through an elevated aerial perspective that reveals an extraordinarily sophisticated masterplan where the geometric precision of contemporary urban design harmonizes with organic waterway networks and verdant landscape corridors in a composition of remarkable visual and conceptual coherence. The eye initially gravitates toward the sculptural landmark tower positioned along the waterfront edge, its sinuous white form rising like a beacon against the soft cerulean atmosphere, establishing both vertical hierarchy and symbolic aspiration within the predominantly horizontal urban fabric. The compositional architecture follows a modified grid system that responds dynamically to the curving water bodies, creating irregular yet intentional block configurations that suggest organic growth patterns rather than rigid orthogonal planning. Chromatic relationships establish a triadic harmony between the cool blue-gray of water surfaces, the warm neutral tones of architectural masses rendered in whites, silvers, and subtle earth tones, and the pervasive viridian and sage greens of extensive landscape integration. Atmospheric perspective achieves remarkable spatial depth through progressive value diminution and haze accumulation toward the horizon, where sky and distant terrain merge in a luminous sfumato effect. The project aims to design a new central business district for Huzhou. Its design is inspired and well integrated with local traditional ecological system. On the southern bank of taihu lake, The new internal lake provides quality waterfront public spaces. At the heart of the district, there are two pedestrian skywalks connecting the new railway station, the skyscraper and the exhibition park, while separating the vehicular traffic from pedestrians. The new urban environment is harmonized with nature, creating a balance between the urban developments and its landscape.
