Warm amber light emanating from a suspended lantern anchors the left third of LXL INTERIOR DESIGN's Central Yosemite Swimming Pool Club Leisure Club, casting a honeyed glow against vertical columns clad in what appears to be brushed bronze or oxidized metal, their surfaces suggesting the tactile warmth of aged copper meeting raw stone. The compositional architecture employs a rigorous horizontal stratification, where the upper register presents floor-to-ceiling louvered screens filtering diffused daylight into soft, silvered striations that cascade across the space like morning mist through bamboo groves. These horizontal blinds occupy approximately two-thirds of the visual field, creating a rhythmic pattern of alternating warm taupe and cream that establishes a meditative cadence. Below this luminous veil, a series of contemporary chaise lounges upholstered in charcoal gray fabric with cream cushioning arrange themselves in measured intervals along a pale travertine or limestone deck, their geometric forms reflecting the restrained vocabulary of contemporary Asian-influenced minimalism. The foreground presents an infinity-edge pool rendered in deep viridian and obsidian tones, its surface achieving mirror-like stillness that doubles every architectural element in perfect symmetrical reflection—the lantern, the lounges, the vertical columns, and the delicate silhouettes of bare-branched trees visible through the screens. This bilateral symmetry created through water reflection transforms the composition into a meditation on duality and unity, the material and immaterial.
