The primary façade presents a boldly cantilevered upper story that projects forward with dramatic emphasis, its clean white stucco surface punctuated by a horizontal ribbon of windows featuring warm amber illumination that suggests domestic warmth within the minimalist shell. The compositional armature employs a strict bilateral symmetry organized along a central axis defined by the concrete paver pathway that bisects the emerald lawn, creating a processional approach that draws the eye inexorably toward the recessed entry portal. Can the modern 300 meters house aspire to be a residence? In Poland still very popular is a stereotype vision of villas close to the Polish manors. For many it’s not easy to accept the fact that prestige residence can be represented by functional, modern architecture and in 300 meters of usable space you can fit everything necessary to feel the atmosphere characteristic of larger residences. This happened in RB 23. The characteristic element of this building is a wide and narrow window from the front side pressed into the body of the first floor.
