Living The Noom Housing by sanzpont [arquitectura] presents an aerial perspective revealing an extraordinary synthesis of organic architecture and tropical verdure, where curvilinear towers clad in vertical timber louvers rise like sculptural vessels from a lush jungle canopy, their sinuous forms suggesting the growth patterns of natural organisms rather than the rigid geometries of conventional construction. The compositional architecture employs a dynamic diagonal arrangement with the primary tower positioned in the upper left quadrant while a secondary structure occupies the right portion, creating an asymmetrical balance that guides the eye through layered spatial zones from the dense emerald forest background through the architectural midground to the luminous aquamarine pool dominating the foreground. The chromatic palette achieves remarkable harmony through an analogous scheme of warm ochres, raw siennas, and honey-toned timbers contrasted against the cool viridian, phthalo green, and emerald hues of cascading vegetation, while the cerulean and turquoise waters provide a striking complementary accent that anchors the composition's base. Natural zenithal illumination bathes the scene in brilliant tropical light, casting soft shadows beneath the louvered screens and creating dappled patterns where foliage filters sunlight onto timber decking. The spatial construction employs atmospheric perspective with crystalline clarity in the foreground pool area gradually softening into the verdant canopy beyond, establishing remarkable depth through overlapping architectural and botanical elements. Surface textures present a sophisticated dialogue between the linear rhythm of vertical timber slats, the organic softness of climbing vegetation, the reflective shimmer of water, and the matte solidity of solar panel installations crowning each tower. The integration of green walls transforms building facades into living vertical gardens, blurring boundaries between constructed and natural realms while the flowing organic forms suggest affinities with contemporary biomorphic architecture and sustainable design movements that honor ecological principles through material honesty and environmental responsiveness.
The project is based on 3 main axes; Wellness Living, Sustainability and Flexible Living. It aims to propose a new housing concept for the real estate market. A housing concept that offers wellness and sustainable features that benefit health and the environment, with a low density and low land occupancy percentage while maintaining a competitive and affordable price. It also offers Flexible Living because it is designed as an open-plan building that can be configured in multiple options and satisfy different needs.
