Wen Liu's Mminni Alcoholic Beverage Packaging commands immediate attention through its audacious appropriation of laboratory aesthetic vocabulary, presenting a striking ensemble where an Erlenmeyer flask-inspired primary vessel rises majestically at right, its conical silhouette tapering from a generous base toward a crystalline stopper reminiscent of precision scientific glassware, while the amber-gold liquid within radiates with the warm luminosity of aged spirits catching diffused illumination. The compositional architecture establishes a sophisticated dialogue between the dominant flask form and the accompanying gift set at left, where a transparent acrylic case houses an orderly arrangement of graduated test tubes at the rear and four jewel-toned miniature vials in the foreground, their contents ranging from coral red through aquamarine to sunflower yellow, creating a chromatic sequence that suggests experimental possibility. The bold white X motif emblazoned across both primary vessel and individual vials functions as a unifying graphic element, its crisp geometric form providing visual punctuation against the warm and cool chromatic interplay. The background employs a masterful split-field composition with cerulean blue occupying the upper expanse while a warm terracotta-orange surface grounds the arrangement, this complementary color opposition generating vibrant optical tension that energizes the entire presentation. Spatial organization follows classical still-life conventions with the transparent materiality of glass creating compelling overlapping planes and light-refracting passages, while the reflective surface beneath introduces subtle secondary illumination through mirrored luminosity. The typography integrates measurement gradations directly onto the primary vessel, reinforcing the scientific methodology narrative, while bilingual text elements add sophisticated informational layering. Edge treatment throughout maintains crystalline precision appropriate to the laboratory theme, with hard contours defining each vessel against the saturated chromatic field, and the overall atmospheric register suggests playful sophistication, inviting viewers into an imaginative space where craft beverage creation becomes experimental adventure.
Mminni is a packaging design for a brandy created for young consumers. The set contains a base wine, a blended wine and a group of mixing tools, so a personal flavor can be prepared without buying extra products. The letter X stands for the unknown and for open possibilities, and color is used to move the product away from the traditional look of brandy. The bottles are made of glass with a decorating firing process, and the box is formed by plastic molding. The set measures 198.8 by 122.8 by 122.8 millimeters.
